A Case of Hair Follicle Nevus

Abstract

|
A 19 year old male developed 0.6cm sized, well marginated, skin colored nodule on the left nostril. Histopathologic findings showed numerous, small, matured hair folicles surrounded by thick fibrous sheath in the dermis. The patient had been treated with excision and showed no evidence of recurrence.
